2. Internal Application Status

Profit Genie Insight is a bespoke internal application developed and used exclusively by Profit Genie Group Ltd.

• The application is not available to the public

• It is not marketed, sold, or distributed as a commercial product

• Access is strictly limited to authorised personnel within Profit Genie Group Ltd

These Terms are published to satisfy platform and compliance requirements associated with third-party

integrations, including Xero.

3. Purpose of the Application

The application is designed to assist internal staff in analysing financial data from Xero.

It synthesises accounting data with parameters based on the Profit First methodology to generate internal

management reports, including forecasting and cashflow analysis.

4. Authorised Users

Access to the application is restricted to authorised staff of Profit Genie Group Ltd.

Users must:

• Access the system using assigned login credentials

• Use the application solely for internal business purposes

• Not share access with unauthorised individuals

Clients and members of the public do not have direct access to the application

.5. Use of Xero Data

The application connects to Xero using authorised access granted by a Xero user.

The application may access and process:

• Profit and Loss data

• Balance Sheet data

• Transactional data

This data is used solely for:

• Internal analysis

• Categorisation of transactions using the Profit First methodology

• Calculation of Target Allocation Percentages

• Generation of internal management reports and forecasts

The application does not sell, redistribute, or expose Xero data externally.

6. Data Handling and Storage

• Data accessed via Xero may be stored and processed within the application to support reporting and

analysis

• The application is hosted using infrastructure provided by Replit

• Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to protect data

7. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Keep login credentials secure

• Use the application responsibly and only for authorised purposes

• Not attempt to interfere with, misuse, or reverse engineer the application

8. Availability and Changes

Profit Genie Group Ltd may:

• Make minor modifications to the application at any time

• Restrict or revoke access where appropriate

9. No Warranty

The application is provided “as is” for internal use.While reasonable care is taken:

• No guarantee is given as to accuracy or completeness

• Outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profit Genie Group Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from use of the application

• Decisions made based on outputs generated

• Any indirect or consequential loss

11. Third-Party Services

This application integrates with Xero.

Use of Xero is subject to Xero’s own terms and policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued internal use of the application constitutes acceptance of any updates.
